United Siyafunda proudly participated in the Science Festival held in Lesotho on Friday, 7th November. The event welcomed representatives from the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Communication, who visited the United Siyafunda exhibition stall to explore the organisation's latest educational innovations.
During the visit, the Ministry was introduced to the buggy, a pioneering educational robot designed to support the Ministry of Education in advancing coding and robotics training. This initiative aims to empower educators and students across Lesotho with essential digital skills, fostering innovation and preparing learners for the demands of the future.
“Our mission is to make coding and robotics accessible to all learners,” said a United Siyafunda spokesperson. “By equipping educators with hands-on tools like the buggy, we are helping to build a foundation for sustainable digital transformation in Lesotho and beyond.”
The Science Festival provided a valuable platform to highlight United Siyafunda’s commitment to educational transformation across Southern Africa. Through strategic partnerships and innovative resources, the organisation continues to inspire communities and strengthen the region’s capacity for STEAM education.
